The rules of EMUN

1. The marketplace

EMUN is a marketplace connecting customers and certified translators. EMUN holds payments in escrow and releases 40% of each transaction to the translator upon completion.

2. Customer obligations

Customers must pay in full before any work begins and must provide accurate, lawful documents.

3. Translator obligations

Translators must hold valid certifications, deliver work on time, and respect confidentiality.

4. Liability

EMUN's liability is limited to the value of the booking. Use of certified translations is at customer's discretion.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
