Cancel within 24 hours, full refund

1. 24-hour full refund window

Customers can cancel any booking within 24 hours of placing the order — or before a translator has accepted the job, whichever comes first — and receive a 100% refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

2. After 24 hours

If a translator has already started work, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on completed work, as verified by EMUN moderators.

3. Quality guarantee

If you're not satisfied with the translation, request a free revision within 7 days. If we cannot resolve the issue, you receive a full refund.

4. Escrow protection

All payments are held in EMUN escrow. Funds are only released to the translator after you confirm delivery.
